Chartier in Beaumont

Always excellent when the dining room was open and the online ordering / curbside pickup option they have right now is wonderful! They bring your order right out to your car for you. I ordered the bbq beef burger kit, donuts and pies for Canada Day and everything was exceptional. Highly recommend - worth the trip if you live outside of Beaumont! Great customer service, tasty food, and fabulous baking.

Honestly - what can I say. It's amazing. Honestly my new favorite restaurant. It is in Beaumont and the area doesn't have the best parking. Also, it can get super busy for brunch so make a reservation. That being said the food is all locally sourced and the BEST I have had. They also have a bread window/bar to pick up some of the most amazing baking. It is a must place to visit.

This place has been on my to-go list for quite a few years. I finally had the chance to go last week and I was not disappointed.The food was excellent. I had the smoked meat sandwich with the cream of mushroom soup. Absolutely delicious meal. The mushroom soup was creamy, and the subtle note of truffles in there really great. The smoked meat sandwich was equally great, with the meat being very tender and the in-house made bread completing the flavour.The prices are very fair and the wait staff was equally excellent as the food.Will definitely return here for lunch. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious... the ambience of the restaurant is classy and rustic. The staff is so friendly... it's like a family. I highly recommend this restaurant for every one.

It isn't often that i leave a restaurant completely satisfied, but Chartier did it.the restaurant decor,staff,menu,service levels,cleanliness were all excellent. Ordered poutine for appetizer and it was huge and delicious. Table ordered salmon, daily beef special, pork belly and other beef dish on menu. All were delicious and well sized portions. Will be returning and recommending to anyone looking for a place to eat. Worth the trip from Edmonton.

Now let me start by saying this is a little more of a pricy establishment. With that being said I believe you owe it to yourself to check out this jewel of a restaurant. The complex flavours of the food lends to slowing down and truly enjoying your meal. The bread which they bake in house is phenomenal. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer of bread and butter. Right down to the desert. Truly an experience I look forward to having again.

Family went for brunch at Chartier. We started with two of the featured Cinnamon buns - delicious! I had the Eggs Donovan and my wife had the Mushrooms on Toast Bennie. The food, the room, and service was great. Only suggestion could be to vary the brunch menu more frequently.

Chartier is fantastic! You can feel the love and they lift up their community through their food. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Beaumont’s little gem. The owners passion ignites amazing service and a next level Gourmet menu brought to you with a flavor of French a touch of Albeeta and a whole lot of local pride. Hands down one is the best restaurants in Canada. Family friendly.

Really nice interior. Server was great. Food is delicious! We had the lobster roll, poutine, cinnamon roll and carrot cake waffle and they were all very tasty. It gets pretty busy for brunch, a reservation is highly recommended. There is street parking available.

Amazing food, service and staff. If you get a chance, go here. A bit pricey but they make everything in house. Great beer selection as well.

Had an exceptionally great experience here! The food at Chartier is really great. Very creative without being too expensive or pretentious. Quality was super great! I really loved the salmon with sourdough crust and the green beans were CRAZY delicious! Service was friendly and attentive. Totally worth the drive if you live in the city.

We love Chartier. Whether it is a family brunch, romantic dinner with my husband or spending time with friends- Chartier has quickly become our go to place. This place is a total gem thanks to the DELICIOUS food and baked goods, warm atmosphere and the extraordinary care they provide for their patrons. Their bread bar is charming and has so many delicious items it is hard to choose! It is such a treat to be able to grab a quick loaf of bread to enjoy at home! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Food was pleasant, the place is rustic and cozy and they have a bakery counter. What more can you ask for. The latte was a little small and the retro camping mugs add their flavor to it, so not very great. Otherwise, the experience was good.

Great French vibe for this restaurant! Staff is very friendly here and we had a table of eight for dinner that night. Our food was awesome, and my poutine was very filling. My grandma absolutely loves this place and she even orders take out a lot from here! Only four stars because some dishes like me and my cousin's cup were not fully washed which made her juice have a funny taste. I recommend this restaurant though! We will be back sometime!

Very cosy place in the French section of Greater Edmonton. Interieur is a blend of a barn, log cabin and bar, but then food is served on porcelain from your French grandma in Europe. Delicious food. Very clean and good vibes. Friendly staff. Fast service. No American Express cards unfortunately.

This place is absolutely amazing. The customer service is top notch, the food is outstanding and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you are wondering where to go for your next dinner, I would highly recommend Chartier.

I don't have time to type everything about this place.In short I celebrated my engagement here with my fiancee. We had a wonderful time, the server was fantastic, food was out of this world, and it really didn't cost as much as I expected.A wonderful place to come for a date and romantic evening. The drinks at Chartier are amazing! The atmosphere is very cozy and unique. The food is great as well. I'd recommend the French onion soup and sourdough bread.

Delicious and simple, really nice place and great start

I had an absolutely fantastic meal at Chartier. The food is authentic and delicious. The beer and cocktail menu is varied and delightful. If you go make sure you get something from the bread bar for the next morning. The prices are extremely reasonable for the fantastic food.

I celebrated a birthday at Chartier today and was blown away by the friendly service, restaurant ambiance and fantastic brunch menu! Rustic in its decor, we especially loved the "grandma style" selection of plates and mugs. Definitely will make special trips all the way into Beaumont to try this great restaurant once again!The bathroom was also immaculate! #LooReview
